I’m having issues accessing an event. What do I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! There could be a couple of reasons why the event isn’t working for you:
- Your Zoom application is not fully updated – If you're using the Zoom app, please make sure to check for updates and install the latest version.
- Your browser is blocking access to the Zoom client – Some browser extensions may prevent access to the live event. Try disabling extensions one by one to see if this helps. You may also want to open the Reforge platform in an Incognito window, which can often resolve the issue.
