I’m having issues accessing an event. What do I do?

So sorry for the issues here! There could be a couple of reasons why the event isn't working for you:


  • Your Zoom application is not fully updated - If you're using the Zoom app, we recommend running an update check and updating to the latest version.
  • Your browser is blocking access to the Zoom client - We have found that some browser extensions prevent members from joining the live event. Try disabling extensions one-by-one to see if this helps. You may also want to run the Reforge platform in an Incognito browser, this should prevent the issue.
