A member of my team is having trouble logging in. What do I do?
To resolve this, we recommend emailing our member support team at hello@reforge.com and including any email addresses the member has used to log into Reforge (e.g., their personal email and work email).
This will allow our support team to merge their accounts, which will enable them to log in successfully.
Most login issues are caused by members having duplicate accounts in our system (e.g., a member applied to Reforge using a personal email and later received an invite to their work email).
