A member of my team is having trouble logging in. What do I do?

  • To resolve this, we recommend emailing our member support team at hello@reforge.com and including any email addresses the member has used to log into Reforge (e.g., their personal email and work email).
    • This will allow our support team to merge their accounts, which will enable them to log in successfully.
    • Most login issues are caused by members having duplicate accounts in our system (e.g., a member applied to Reforge using a personal email and later received an invite to their work email).
