A member of my team is having trouble logging in. What do I do?
To resolve this, we recommend emailing our member support team at hello@reforge.com and including any emails a member has used to log into Reforge before (ex: their personal email and work email).
This will allow our support team to merge their accounts, which will allow them to log in successfully.
Most log-in issues are driven by a member having duplicate accounts in our system (ex: a member applied to Reforge with a personal email and received an invite to their work email).
