How do other teams connect what they learn on Reforge to their work?
There are many ways you can help your team apply what they are learning on Reforge in their work. Below are a few examples from other successful teams:
- Synchronized study groups: Have your full team (or subgroups within your team) go through the same content and meet regularly to discuss how what you’re learning should impact your work. Best for teams with shared learning goals (e.g., “We all need to get better at X” or “we need to build a shared language around Y”).
- Learning share-outs: Every month or quarter, host a live meeting in which each team member will share one insight they learned on Reforge, and how they used it to improve their work. Each team member summarizes the insight they found valuable and shares an output created at work (e.g., a slide deck, spreadsheet, or document) based on that insight. Share-outs can also be done async (e.g., team members drop their work outputs into a shared document with a brief Loom or text summary of what they learned).
- Slack / Teams channel: Great for general communications with your whole team and sharing learnings async.
