Overview
Reforge has launched a conversational AI to help you find and apply advice instantly from our content and tailor it to your unique situation. It’s like getting mentored by the trusted expert who wrote the content you're looking at!
Reforge AI aims to help you...
- Get personalized and actionable advice to your toughest product, growth, and marketing questions, backed by Reforge's entire knowledge base.
- Use it alongside you as you learn and work through tough problems, big or small, no matter where you are on Reforge.
- Dive deeper with links to the source material and resources.
How do I get started using Reforge’s conversational AI?
To get started, click the AI button on your top navigation bar, or start a conversation following a search from the search results page. Start with one of the suggested prompts to kick you off, or ask your own questions using the chat window. Reforge will pull information from existing content including Guides and Courses. Keep it open alongside you as you explore Reforge, so it's always there if you need instant advice and can be expanded at any time for a more focused conversation.
Personalize your experience
Open the chat menu and select Personalize to share relevant info about your role and work. Reforge will use that information to tailor all future chat conversations to your unique situation.
This information is pre-filled from your Reforge profile if it exists. If you edit the information here, it will not change your Reforge profile.
We cite the source material so that you can trust and explore where your answers come from. You can click into source citations to see the expert who wrote the advice or explore the concept in more detail.
See your chat session history or start a new chat
Open the menu to pick up where you left off or revisit your most helpful conversations from your session history. You can remove or rename as you'd like, or start fresh with a new chat.
Can I continue with a previous chat instead of starting a new chat on the same topic?
Yes! You can always pick up where you left off with a previous conversation so that you don’t lose the context and conversation history. Just open the chat menu and find the previous session you’re interested in continuing.

How do AI features on Reforge use my data?
Protecting our member's data is a top priority at Reforge. You get to decide what you share about yourself and we'll never sell that information to third parties. We use OpenAI’s GPT-4 model to generate responses. Reforge’s agreement with OpenAI provides that data is not to be used for model training. Data inputted into Reforge AI features is sent to OpenAI for processing and generating AI outputs.
