How do I cancel my subscription?

Please note that you can only set your plan to cancel upon renewal, in product. If you have just purchased or renewed and need to cancel with a refund, please reach out to hello@reforge.com for assistance.


You can cancel your subscription's auto-renewal by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Billing page
  2. From there, click on the Manage Plan button
  3. Click the Cancel Subscription button
  4. Fill out the short questionnaire and click Continue with Cancellation
  5. You have now canceled your auto-renewal. You will maintain full access until what would have been your auto-renewal date
