New Reforge UI: New Plan Manager Tools - Reporting

Our new platform now features enhanced plan manager reporting designed to facilitate more effective team subscription management. The Reporting pages have been updated to encompass a wider range of metrics, offering deeper insights into your team's engagement with the platform.

This dedicated reporting page will provide your team's plan manager with data for Users, Content Views, and Learning Plans. *Engagement reports are still available upon request, which may include additional analytics for your team.

It is important to note that some reporting and data may not be available immediately upon the launch of our new platform experience. In some instances, it may require time spent on the new platform in order to accurately capture certain data for your team.

This is a simple report for viewing all users on your plan; this report includes last login date.

Filter Options: User, Group, Registration Date (user creation date)

Key Metrics: Last Access date, Last Course Access Date

Content views will provide a report containing one record per user + content, with first + last engagement dates and completion status

Filters Options: group, user, (to add) last accessed / completed date

Important Notes:

• Content within a course is available at the Module level
• Content found outside a course is guide / artifact level

This report will capture enrollment and completion of assigned Learning paths to your team.

Filter Options: Group, Learning Plan, Learning Plan start date.

Important Notes: We can generate a report at the full Learning Plan level but, also on individual courses or any non-course material uploaded as a course. The lists above are broken out to show each level of reporting.
