Reforge OTP authentication overview

What is OTP Authentication and Why Does Reforge Use It?

One Time Password (or OTP) authentication is a login protocol allowing someone to access a website or application using only their email address. A single-use, 6 digit code is generated by the website and sent to the given email address, that code is then entered by the user into the website granting them access. We use OTP authentication because it offers increased security over traditional username and password login schemes.

To log into Reforge via OTP we only require you to have access to a valid email address that is associated with your active Reforge membership.
