How do I log in to my account? What if I have have issues?

Reforge only supports login via OAuth through Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft services. We do not support email and password. SSO is available to Enterprise plans only. For some teams, you may need to get clearance from your IT Team to allow list Reforge for logging in.

To sign in to your Reforge account, follow the steps below:

  1. Please ensure you are logged in to the Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft email account you want to use to connect to Reforge.
  2. Go to the Reforge sign in page. You will see three options to connect to: Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft

  1. Select the OAuth option that matches your email or login service. Again, please ensure you are logged into that service first before selecting an option.
  2. Success! Reforge and that service will connect via OAuth and you'll be logged in.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR TEAM ACCOUNTS: If you are invited to a team through your work email, please ensure that you are logged into that email before signing into Reforge. Signing in using a different email may create log in issues.

Troubleshooting login issues

If you're running into log in issues or locked out, there are a few reasons why:

Issue: You may have a duplicate account in our system which is blocking access to your main account.

Solution: If you think you have a duplicate issue, please reach out to us at hello@reforge.com listing all possible emails you may have used for Reforge.

Issue: You are not using the correct email matched to the Reforge OAuth (Google, LinkedIn, or Microsoft) in our system.

Solution: Ensure that you are logged in to the correct OAuth option that is linked to your Reforge account.

Issue: Your IT department has not cleared Reforge as a third-party provider.

Solution: If you get a message mentioning that your IT team has blocked access, you will need to have them allow list the Reforge domain in order to log in.

If you're still having issues, please reach out to us at hello@reforge.com. Most log in issues need to be resolved on our end.
