How do I enroll in a live course?

Overview

Both paid members and free users have the opportunity to enroll in a live course. You can find a full listing of live courses from our courses page or from the Live Courses page within the app. All details for the courses are listed within each course page. Note that all live courses have an enrollment cap.


Find steps on how to enroll based on your account type below:


I am Reforge member with a live course pass:

Note: If you're on a team plan, please check with your Plan Manager to see if they have assigned a live course pass to you before trying to enroll.

  1. Find the live course you'd like to join.
  2. Click on the Enroll Today button from within the live course page.
  3. Follow the enrollment steps and then when prompted, click Confirm Enrollment using your live course pass.
  4. Success! You are now enrolled in that live course. Live course materials will be shared out a week before the start of the live course.

I am a Reforge member without a live course pass:

Note: Legacy Members may still enroll without a live course pass. Please reach out to hello@reforge.com and we can check for you.

  1. Find the live course you'd like to join.
  2. Click on the Enroll Today button from within the live course page.
  3. Follow the enrollment steps and then when prompted, make the purchase and confirm your enrollment.
  4. Success! You are now enrolled in that live course. Live course materials will be shared out a week before the start of the live course.

I am not a Reforge member:

  1. Find the live course you'd like to join.
  2. Click on the Enroll Today button from within the live course page.
  3. Follow the enrollment steps and then when prompted, make the purchase and confirm your enrollment.
  4. Success! You are now enrolled in that live course. Live course materials will be shared out a week before the start of the live course.

Enrollment troubleshooting

There could be a couple of reasons you're having issues enrolling:

  1. Ensure that the live course is not full. If you're getting an error or being sent to the Waiting list screen, this typically means the live course is full. Filling out the waitlist information will help us reach out to you if a course is opened.
  2. Ensure you have a live course pass on your account. You can check from your Billing page. If you're on a team account, verify with your Plan Manager that they've assigned you a live course pass.
  3. Ensure you have adequate funds in your bank account. If you're purchasing a live course and have issues on the payment and billing screen, you may need to double-check your payment details. If you are still having issues, please reach out to us at hello@reforge.com and we can take a look.
