My payment method says I should contact my Plan manager. What does that mean and who could that be?

If you are on a Team Plan, your access to Reforge is managed by a singular Plan Manager and/or Assistant Admin. These roles are internal representatives from your company tasked with managing billing, seat assignment, and reporting for all members on your Team Plan.

To locate who your Plan Manager is:

1. Login to your Reforge account
2. Navigate to your Account page
3. Scroll down the "My Team" section
4. Underneath your Company Name, you will see the first and last name of your Plan Manager
