My payment method says I should contact my Plan manager. What does that mean and who could that be?

You can find out who your plan manager is in the “Subscriptions” section of the billing and payment section of your account dashboard. Your plan manager should be able to help with managing team seats, handling renewals and billing, and/or assigning live course passes.
