New Reforge UI: Platform Tools FAQ - what's changing?

On September 3rd, 2025 we will introduce an updated platform experience! This launch will bring about some exciting new changes and will also include the removal of certain platform features that you may have grown accustomed to with your Reforge Membership. Below is a brief FAQ guide detailing the changes and additions to the platform. (This document may be updated over time to include any changes to these features.)

• Reforge AI Chatbot will be disabled.
  • As of September 3rd, we will be disabling the Ask Reforge chatbot. In lieu of this functionality, we encourage you to transition to our Reforge Extension, which will become our primary AI productivity tool.  Our extension will continue to support alongside your Reforge learning experience.
  • If you (or your team) requires formal consideration to use this tooling, additional resources are linked below:

    • Extension Access Debugging
• Saved Bookmarks, Highlights, & Collections tools will be replaced with your My Learning dashboard.
  • The in-product tools of Bookmarks, Highlights, Comments and Collections will no longer be available in product.
  • You will now find all your active courses (Live or On-Demand), Completed Courses, Course Certificates, Artifacts and Guides available in your My Learning dashboard.
  • For Teams, any assigned Learning Plans will be located on the My Learning page.
• Events & Event Replays
  • Your updated Navigation bar will still include an Events page; currently this will take you to our recent event replays.
  • Course event replays are accessible for a period of 6 months from the start of the course. If you require access to an event replay from a course you previously attended within this 6-month time frame, please contact hello@reforge.com.

• Learning Plans
  • This new feature gives Plan Managers the ability to create learning paths that the team can tackle together.
  • Learning Plans are completely customizable, assignable and editable. For more information on this please see our Help Center Article Learning Plans
• Reporting
  • Your designated Reporting page will contain much more reliable data for your team surrounding course completions, time spent on Reforge & active learning.
  • Analytics will no longer live on your Account page but, this will now be located on your designated Reporting page.

• Structure of live courses
  • The structure of live courses will remain the same; offered during Fall & Spring. Enrollment may look slightly different on the updated platform but, the process will remain the same. The courses will still offer the same high-quality content and expert instruction that you have come to know and expect from Reforge.
• Access to course material, guides, artifacts, and member community
  • Your membership still grants you instant access to course material, guides, artifacts and the Member Slack community!
• Your Account and Billing page will remain the same.
  • This will still include the link invite or Member Slack!
• Your Reforge History
  • The course and learning history will be transferred to ensure a seamless transition.
• Live course certificates
  • You will still receive a Course Completion certificate upon the successful completion of your Live Course (80% completion + meeting the attendance requirement of one or fewer absences).
