What is Reforge Learning?
📌 In this article: a clear overview of what Reforge is, what you get as a member, and how people use it.
Reforge in a nutshell
Reforge is a professional learning platform that provides product, growth, marketing, and engineering practitioners practical, expert-created content they can apply to their real work, without having to reinvent frameworks from scratch.
Reforge content is created by experienced operators and executives who have done the work at well-known tech companies. The emphasis is on going deep and applying what you learn, rather than skimming the surface or collecting credentials.

How Reforge works
- Start a membership or free trial. Access to courses is through a membership. See our Pricing page for current plans and inclusions. New members can also try the 14-Day Free Trial, which provides full access to Courses, Guides, and Artifacts.
- Pick a course or guide. Choose based on the problem you're trying to solve right now. Not sure where to start? See Choosing Your First Reforge Course.
- Apply it to your work. Reforge is designed around application. Course content, Guides, and Artifacts are built to be used on real projects, not just consumed.
- Keep learning. Return to Guides when you start a new project, and explore adjacent courses as your role grows.
Reforge for individuals and teams
Individuals join to build skills in their own role. Teams and companies use Reforge to give groups a shared language and set of frameworks. Team plans include Learning Plans, which let plan managers assign courses and content, and Reporting, which shows enrollments, completions, and time spent learning. See Team Management.
What Reforge is not
- Not an accredited program. Reforge offers certificates of completion, but it isn't a degree or an accredited certification.
- Not a bootcamp or job placement service. Reforge is built for working professionals who want to sharpen their skills, not for career changers looking for placement support.
- Not available as individual course purchases. Course access comes through a membership.
